Dear Editor:

John Boehner has an abundance of tears when he hears Taps being played and when he is praised for becoming the new speaker of the house and for any other praises bestowed upon him.
 Why can't he and his fellow Republicans show some empathy for the "G.I. Bill" and shed some tears for the children left out of the"G.I. Bill"
The Grand Old Boys on the hill finally gave in to the bill, but left the children of the soldiers, who had been killed, high and dry with no benefits.
Now that is something to shed tears about.  

John Boehner, take out your white handkerchief, dry away your tears, wave that white handkerchief and make truce with the Veterans and the Military,
and give their kids a break in the name of a "Grateful Country."
